My interior on my 04 is willow and I'm doing some touch up work, fixing all dings and scratches.

I've looked around and it's pretty difficult to find a spray paint in willow.

What is the closest color match?

Your local SEM dealer (auto paint supply store) should be able to custom mix willow for you with their Color Coat line of leather & vinyl coatings if there isn't a good off the shelf match in the dozens they offer.

Be sure to follow the surface prep instructions or you'll be gravely disappointed. Years of silicone treatments will punish you.

For your scratches you should check out the heat gun technique. Lots of examples on YouTube if you search for "heat gun interior plastic".
