Arrow Small Oil Leak

So, I found out a small leak of oil under my car and this is what I found.

[img=http://s13.postimg.org/mkflslv6r/image.jpg]

There was oil everywhere so I cleaned the area, and turned on the car for a few minutes, and the oil was only on the right side of that black part.

Anyone knows where can I get that part or how to fix it?

Isn't the oil pan the one with the bolt to change your oil? Because this one is in the middle right under the tranny.

Well, it IS an oil pan... More specifically the TRANSMISSION oil pan. Same exact process to replace the pans and the seals/gaskets.

Welcome to AUTO 101

From the stance of your coupe and how low it sits, you may need a new pan and gasket. Only sure way to tell is to get her on a rack and check for damage...Gary

Agree, it is the automatic transmission oil pan. With that said, Engine oil would not be leaking from there, so you have to verify if it is oil or transmission fluid that is leaking. Smell and look, tasting not recommended . If the fluid is red it is transmission fluid, the smell of transmission fluid is distinctive.

Before you go through the expense and trouble of replacing any gaskets and fluid, make sure you clean the engine and transmission really good first, then inspect. Remember, that the pan is at a low point and the leak could be coming from above gravitating to the bottom. Oil leaking from the engine valve covers will make its way to that spot, Check the valve cover area before cleaning to see if there is any evidence of oil leaks.

Thanks everyone, the oil is engine oil, I replaced the valve covers one week ago because I had that leak plus oil on plugs, anyway I installed new valve covers and gaskets but the leak still there. The tranny is clean the only wet part is that black pan on the picture and it is engine oil. So if that part black pan is the tranny oil then I dont know where the leak is. Tomorrow I'm taking it to a shop to take a better look under the car.

Question, did you do the work on the valve covers or did you have it done for you? There are some places where you must use sealant as recommended by the manufacture. Failure to apply the sealant will cause oil to leak even though the gaskets are new. If you are 100% sure the valve covers are not leaking, inspect the camshaft position sensors, if the seals are bad that could be the source of your leak.
