HELP! How much would this cost to repair

So my dad and I lowered my car even more than it already was. It rubbed just a little and while I was jacking up the car he got a stick and just started trying to roll the fender! In my head I was like that is a bad idea, but my dad usually knows what he is doing. Then I think like a nail was being pushed outward cradling a pimple looking dent. I am pissed! How should I get this fixed? Also how much would it cost. Here is a picture

Go to a body shop for an accurate respose.

Yeah, you can't do that yourself if you're asking. You'll need a hammer/dolly set and then be able to touch up the paint if you manage to smooth it out without at least a little body filler. Take it to a pro.
