04 or 04.5 g35 5at transmission?
I cannot find the vin number on the bell housing. Is there any other way to identify it or where should the vin number be? Are valve bodies visably different? Can post pictures of the trans
Some have three connectors outside the transmissions and others have a single connector. He ones with 3 connectors have an external TCM. The ones with only one connector have a built in TCM.
just my luck this is the only thing I've found on it

YAY! found possible solution in this thread on the site,now i just have to take the pan off and pray it matches with the 4.5 valve body. wish me luck
