so its been so long since i took these off that i cant figure out how to reinstall these correctly.
1. do the white plastic pieces go in flush with the outside of the headliner?
2. which way do the grey plastic pieces fit in, is it right side up with the metal locking piece holding the handle bar right side up? or upside down? like should the little hooks at the end be facing in toward the headliner or out towards the passenger?
getting pretty annoyed, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated
i got it. it was deceptive because the white spacer things have a lip that makes it look like it should clip into the headliner. it does NOT! it just lays in between .
this image helps to understand if anyone else has the same issue. the white spacer piece just lays between the headliner and the roof. it does not clip into anything
