If the car has left the factory, then you need to do the following things.
1. Get VIN number from salesman.
2. Get a sea worthy vessel.
3. Locate all the ships that your car may be on. (www.hual.com)
4. Board the ships late at night. Make sure no one sees you as you may get shot.
5. Check all the cars on each ship till you find your VIN number.
6. Place a tracking device on your car.
7. Return home and you can now track your car via the tracking device..
Bottom Line, No you can't. It's all a waiting game.

You may be able to get as far as #3 there, and find out what date it's expected to arrive in port. Once it is in port, it could be a week or so before your car is prepped and stuck on a truck to be sent to your dealership.
