Would you guys be against someone from the Eastside hanging out with you...I'm a G owner in Philadelphia and I'll be on spring break in San Diego from March 18th to the 27th...I won't have my car out there but I'd love to check out some socal G's and meet the faces behind the usernames...Maybe even head out for some drinks...Let me know

i2ob, I take it you didn't get to go to the Chino Hills meet. It was a good time, I just got my G and that was my first meet. I won a motordyne plenum spacer and only had 1400 miles on my G. Nice to have my first mod done and didn't even have to put the cash out for it. Dsskyline was telling me alll day to buy one and then I edded up winning it. Anyways there are a lot of G enthusiasts in SD and if you set a meet up or meet the Tuesday crowd you can get the chance to meet a few people.

are you guys running a full coilover or springs in your ride???

hows the ride with just springs? if the ride is good i wouldnt mind going springs....but i wouldnt want my shocks to go out so fast...fill me in

i mean with just springs on a honda the ride is kinda wack...due to experiences with friends cars....just going springs aint that great....i dont know how it is on our g35s..thats what i would like to know....i mean it is expensive going for the full damper....but **** the car it self is an investment might as well save a couple more chips and get the full suspension....thats my opinion.

 

I like the feel and handling of my springs. I doubt springs will have an adverse affect on your shocks unless they're really low. If so, then you can always get Tokico's or upgrade to coilovers. So far, I have labeled my springs as one of my "best bang for the buck" mods.

Z H-techs. Check out Keith N, g352nv, norcalsti, and g35pm. All these guys are running the same springs and seem to like them a lot. Do a search for these springs and you'll find a lot of recent posts.
