Need advice on my mod list

If your state is restrictive for emissions, then it's an at your own risk kind of deal. In California, there is a $1G fine per violation, and with two cat's? Thats $2G's.
In Nevada, unless I **** off the smog tech, I am sure I could pass with test pipes. They are no where near as thorough as you would believe in testing.
Hit a local Jiffy Lube or Quick BS Shop for your smog, they don't get paid enough to care if you have exhaust modifications. If you pass the sniffer/ODB test, you pass.
EDIT:
Kinetix HFC's
These 'claim' to be 49 state legal, but without a CARB sticker/number, it's all up in the air. Also, apparently a lot of people on here dislike Kinetix, I personally have nothing against nor for them.

Alot of people buy the mod, and unmod when inspection time comes, or when its ready to sell. Just keep the original parts
Maybe at this point im just trying to use the hp and tq I have to its fullest potential. I know the transgo kit shift wont increase anything just make shift crisper (much needed omfggg) So better the pulleys should compliment the shift kit better than intake mods right?
Ive decided to hold off on the cat for nowId like to get the ART pipes but ill probably be running into the same concerns as the HFC. Changing them out like that is more of a [pain than paying the $$$ for them. If im going to pay that much for something id hate the change it out every year or worry about it.

Sound wise, a muffler is just that, gains are not huge, but the sound preference is important to some (like me).
The shift kit will help keep it crisp
But no increase in power/torque.If you want to make your car feel AMAZING, get upgraded suspension, sway bars, and bushings/mounts. The solid tight feel makes it a whole new vehicle!
Don't be afraid to get in there and do the work yourself too
it will only make you love your vehicle more when you put in the blood, sweat, and tears.
Best thing you can do power wise besides forced induction to the car is HFC's. Then a Z-Tube and K&N Drop In.

was to be able to wrench on it. Ive seen people use multiple feet of of extensions to get the cats off. Im not looking forward to doing that. The miffler delete was the first thing i did for sound amd it sounds excellent
. Had my G for about a year now and i love it. Jist hate getting spanked by cars i was beating with my 05 honda accord (maybe that had to do with vec idk).I was even looking at a higher stall torque convertor for better acceleration from the light but i think the shift kit will help out in that department
