I dunno if I'm just missing something here, but I just purchased a G35 coupe 2004, and realized there is no key hole on the trunk. This would be fine if my remote had a trunk button but it doesn't... it seems kind of weird to me they would be made like this as it's a huge inconvenience having to go into the car to pop the trunk when I have groceries.

Am i missing something here? Is there a certain combination for the remote to pop the trunk or something?

 

The third button on your remote s/b for the trunk, it says hold! Maybe you have some kind of flakey aftermarket remote. You could try the dealership for one they can program to open your trunk like everyone else has.
