its incredible how many over-the-top, ricey G's there are on IG.

If only buying 4 thousand dollar wheels became a fad like those "louvers" lol

Yea its 475 painted and shipped according to their IG page, and you have to install them yourself with 3m tape

 

im guessin theyre a poly material?

The ones on my camaro were actually metal. Well, the frame part was heavy plastic and the actual louvers were thin metal. They looked almost exactly like the ones on the G. The Z ones look like 100% some sort of plastic.

 

I think the thing keeping them from looking as good as they could is the rounded bottom of the rear window. Definitely does not flow well. Probably why it looks better on the Z; that spoiler is covering that flaw.

 

If they're bullet proof then I see a function for them.

 

I just used a paint app and tried to draw a flat body colored line across the bottom of the back window haha. The louvers looked better, but then the trunk looked enlongated and awkward. Are there any pictures of these just black not body colored? That's probably the only way they'd look decent.

 

I don't think the black louvers would look good on the majority of the factory G35 colors including DG but would probably look good on a sharp-contrast type color scheme such as a Laser Red or some aftermarket Yellow body color.
