I have tons and tons of G pics.. this one was Lakeshore Slate and yes it looks like DG but is a more blueish grey. The G in the middle pic has the 19 inch wheels and front lip, the one in the other two pics has the 17".

LOL!!! Don't listen to anybody who tells you that IP is for girls...Do a search or just go to the IP wheels section and decide for yourself...Majority of the members here really appreciate how well it represents the lines of the "G" and with simple mods the car takes on a very unique look...Both during the Day and at Night which is really nice...I'm also a big fan of black if you can find the time to maintain it...And the new Slate is very nice as well...

Went to the L.A. auto show last month as I do every year. Didn't really need a new car but saw the Lakeshore Slate there and had to have one. Had it for a month now.

Welcome!

You made a great choice in picking the G as your ride...the color is secondary in my opinion....BUT, in my opinion, the best colors are...

Ivory pearl - looks very classy

Black - very sport n sleek

Athens Blue - hot color!

But really, any color you pick will be great in it own way...

LOL, I am a girl and the ONLY reason why I didn't want an IP is because I see chicks driving white Gs or 350Zs all the time (same goes for red btw). I just don't like being one of many. However, when I see a guy in a LR or IP, I don't think that he bought a chick color car. IP coupes like someone mentioned are great modding material

Hey all... The color on this car was the hardest thing for me to decide on! It seemed as though every color had it's story to tell. I actually was very close to ordering a Lakeshore slate, but I really wanted Graphite interior with it. It took me about a month to decide when I saw the DG (luckily that color isn't very popular here!), and I just loved it! The black inside is the icing on the cake for me! Very cool car! But you guys are right, any color on this car just looks sweet! Just so happens.. I saw two DG g's today!!! 04's though!!

slate/stone with 19". I have since added smoked clear corners, which IMO, work well with the slate grey/blue color

Well...not quite. :-) I pick mine up Tuesday! Beautiful color day and night. Looks like the Dallas Cowboy helmet blue. It's a tad of gray and blue...best of both worlds.
