So i purchased the stillen no drill license plate for my g35 coupe to find out my bumper covers my tow hook so I'm trying to return the Item.

Originally paid 95 dollars for the item, it had free shipping.

Now i ask to return the item for them to tell me ill only be given back 57 dollars.

They charge a 19 dollar freight charge and a 10 percent restocking fee,

Initially i had paid 10 dollars for "handling"

no return label was given.

Any experience with Stillen not too happy to lose out on almost 50 dollars to ship a stupid license plate holder back.

 

Many of our vendors aren't easy to deal with when trying to return an item! I lost $100 buying what I considered a quality rear bumper from one of our bumpers...quality sucked! I do have a question, "Why would you order Stillen's license plate adapter without checking to see if it would work with your after market bumper? They're only designed to work with the factory bumpers removing the tow hook cover!

that stillen bracket is a rip off. u can buy the same thing on ebay and better for $25. i did

 

Had it happen with some spacers, but they are one of the few Nissan-heavy aftermarket stores, so we are forced to deal with it.

But shipping does cost money, so chalk it up to looking first before you buy.
