HELP needed real quickly!

I'm changing my wheels now and forgot all about the tire pressure monitor. Anyone know how I remove this, is it as simple as using a rachet to remove it. My rims don't go all the way in because of this protruding piece. Anyone know what I'm talking about. Please assist immediately.

Is it the monitor or just the little bolt that prevents you from putting your rear stock wheels on the front?

It's a bolt, correct. I thought this was part of the tire pressure sensor, my bad. So a wrench will work. you guys are great.
