Please Help G35 coupe Weird noise (UPDATED Video)

Does anyone know what type of rattling noise this is? I saw all the other threads were people were saying it could be the heat shield, timing chain, throwout bearing, exhaust... But i have no idea what this is.. It only happens when i drive in low RPM's. Especially when i drive from 1st to 2nd going slow. If i shift at a higher RPM you wont hear it. Does anyone know what this is? It starts at the 0:22 mark in the video
2 new updated videos

I just watched the video with headphones on and the rattling sound is not really coming through that well even with them on. I could kinda pick it up a bit but not that great. Based on the limited ability to hear it, it sounds like a heat shield or possibly a piece of your exhaust rattling against the frame.

What exhaust system do you have? Maybe check to make sure all the bolts on the system are tight between the connecting pipes. Sometimes aftermarket bolts can rattle loose on exhaust, especially if they are stainless and not secured by threadlocker.

Sounds like maybe pieces of the honeycomb inside your converter broke apart and are loose and rattling around in there.

With the car off and the converters completely cool, try smacking the converter with a rubber mallet and see if it makes any rattles.

Does it do it in neutral too if you rev it? or just 1st and 2nd gear?

Any difference in sound based on how warm the car/exhaust is?.. like after going for a 40 minute highway drive, will it still do it exactly the same?

Sounds like maybe an exhaust issue. Check the heat shields on the CATs or like partyman said also bang it with a mallet. Check your flex pipes at the Y-Pipe also, I have an 06 and I had a terrible exhaust leak and ended up replacing my Y-Pipe with a Megan V2.

One more question... How many miles do you have on your car?

If for some reason you are using a 1 piece flywheel instead of the oem dual mass flywheel you will have a lot more noise than normal coming from the trans which may is normal. Not sure if this applies in this case or not. Hope this helps
