g35 oem brembo rebuild caliper Q

Hey guys, I recently had my calipers rebuilt..I wanted my calipers to be copper but the whole caliper was submerged in cooper plating so everything was coated (everything was taken of piston boot, seals, o ring etc) and rebuilder had them put back with new rebuild kit, had it installed and the rears started leaking.. I was told they can resolve this issue by sandblasting the inner surface to flatten everything and installer said only the o ring needs to be seated properly.. I can see a gap where the calipers join (the steam) i'm starting to question whether this is safe or not, currently the calipers are rebuilt again for the 2nd time, what do you guys think, if it doesn't leak will the calipers hold overtime? i'm currently using my stock brakes
