You're asking if the rims will fit... If you have the factory 6MT Brembos then no they won't. 16" rims are too small to fit over the front Brembo calipers. There is minimal space even between the 18" factory rims and caliper.
Wes, go with the 18" wheels/tires! Any further questions about "Winter Tires" try using our Search, this is another of those subjects that have been discussed for no less than 10 years with a gazillion reply's! Consulting with a tire/wheel shop in your area won't leave you wondering if what you purchased will work...Gary
18 for sure. The bigger you go, the pricier tires are. Maybe try to find an old beat up set of factory 18" G35 rims and buy them cheap to have as winter rims. Don't get factory 17's. They will technically fit up front but with only 1 or 2 mm of clearance on the caliper which is not enough to prevent caliper damage from ice and salt that builds up on the rims in winter. Check local Craigslists and maybe call a few junkyards and search local ebay listing for a lucky listing close enough to drive to.

OP you've been given enough info on your question here, please search the forum as Gary mentioned as this subject has been discussed ad nauseum.
