Engine ticking noise passenger side

Engine ticking noise passenger side
I have this really low ticking noise coming from the passenger side of the engine. Ive seen some vids that have the same noise. Some say its the lifter, some say its the timing chain is just old so they get noisy, some say its a fuel damper, and some say its an exhaust gasket. Im just looking for a solid answer here.
