Misfire in Cylinder 6. Any ideas?

Howdy all, new to the forums, wanted some new ideas. October-ish my 03 g35 Coupe (120k miles) started missing with the SES light after I got home from a two hour or so long trip. After running the codes, it was a misfire in Cylinder 6. I went to replace the plugs and found oil in the holes of cyl 6 and 1. Replaced the valve cover, replaced the plugs, no difference. Replaced the coil and injector, still no difference. It's not a huge noticeable miss, but is still there. It's my daily, and I've continued driving it, and it hasn't gotten any worse or better. No noticeable loss of power at all. Any ideas? Looking at what to try next. I haven't done a compression check yet, and I'm honestly afraid to cause other than an electrical issue I'm not sure what else it could be. Any ideas or tips are appreciated. Only mods to the motor are a Kinetix intake and Injen CAI.

Its a stretch but maybe you have a vacuum leak on the kinetix manifold in the area where number 6 cylinder is at. Worth a try
