Code C1130 and getting bad O2 sensor readings

Hey guys, my SES light came on right after I changed my spark plugs. I knew that I had to get new o2 Sensors. But that was going to be a job for the near future. But I hooked up my Solus Ultra scanner and was looking at the data.

I got a C1130- Engine 1 Fuel Cut System Fault.
And I got bad o2 sensor readings.

What could be causing this. I have heard of vacuum leaks to changing all o2 sensors to a cpu.

If you have any idea why this may be happening let me know please and as to why you think its that.

Thanks but that didn't help to much. Only my SES light is on (knock on wood) and its only popping up the steering angle thing and the Engine 1 Fuel Cut System Fault code. (C1130.)
