G Shutting off and won't start

Now before everyone starts saying to use the search bar, I tried but can't really seem to find what I'm looking for.

Anyways, so I just bought a 2005 G35 Coupe MT, took it for a test drive, car was fully serviced before the purchase, the dealer replaced wheel bearings, belts, and brakes. It was also taken into infiniti dealer for its regular maintenance. Anyways, everything was fine and I started driving it home, 20 miles into my trip back home the car shut off and all the lights on the dash went on. Oil, VDC, slip, check engine, and service soon. I pulled to the side of the highway and tried starting it again, the car only cranked but didn't start. I got it to start but engine was really weak (around 100 or 200 rpm) not even idling range. As soon as I dropped the clutch it shut off again. The power to lights radio and everything else was working fine so I ruled out battery. Anyways, i called the dealer and they sent out a tow truck immediately out to get me. They reassured me they didn't know what was going on and they would take care of it. (happened saturday and they mechanics don't work until today monday. So I'm just wondering what the issue with the car could be, I called today and then said they were testing all the components, fuel pump, fuel lines, power connections, and they would give me a call tomorrow to see if they fixed it or if I'm going to have to wait a little longer.

Im kinda worried with what the issue might be, it doesn't seem like an engine or transmission problem, the car was running smooth. I think it could be the cam sensor, or another electrical issue but just wanted some opinions.

You might be right on cam sensors but who really knows until you get the codes? Ask the dealer what codes and they should be able to figure out from there.

I'll give them a call tomorrow, see what's going on. Just kinda bummed out about it. I just sold my G sedan the day before I was supposed to pick the new one up. Now the dealer gave me a 01 Ford Focus. It's the worst. Hopefully they get it fixed soon

Yes, I finally got the car back on Monday. Car was all fixed, it was not the cam sensors turns out it was the fuel pump. I guess it was just bad timing and as I was driving home the fuel pump gave out, so the supply of gas to my engine cut off leading for it to shut down. They replaced it with a new pump and had me pick it up first thing Monday morning. But let me tell you, driving around that ford focus for the weekend was a drag.. Haha at least I get to finally enjoy my new G
