I would love to just have my tail lights running during the day. No side markers or city lights, just tail lights.
Aside from removing or disabling the sides and front city lights are there any other possibilities?
It would seem they all run on the same fuse so I don't think that is an option either.....

Just leave on your parking lights, with a proper LED and clear corners I think they all look great together running as a DRL
.
.I'm guessing if I am going to keep them on I would want a bright white on the side and possibly a hyper blue on the headlight. Any idea what size bulbs they are for each?
They almost look like the same bulb from what I can see without taking everything apart.

Yeah, they are both t10 base 194 bulbs.
Would highly recommend soft white (5000k) on the front only, as blue on the car can get you pulled over by police for having lights that impersonate police.
Diode Dynamics sells some really nice bulbs that have great brightness even during the day and are pretty cheap. Otherwise superbrightleds.com
The side lights in the tail lights actually use a higher wattage incandescent bulb, if you would like to replace that, it is a T10 194 also. That one should be a red LED because of the law of filters.
Good luck.

Red side markers? I would think police would pull me over for that before the blue inner.

Ok fine one more question and I will take back the last comment.
Easiest access to headlight on an 07 C. Turn wheel and remove wheel liner and get it from the rear?

Only if you're needing to replace a bulb. Easiest headlight access is to stand in front of a headlight and look down.

I remove the wheels because my impact makes it take all of 15 seconds and I don't have to turn the car back on to spin the wheel back.
