Coupe Bumper Alignment

I have a gap between my headlights and the bumper. The car came with eBay lights and aftermarket bumper which I thought was the reason for the gap. I've changed out the bumper and added stock headlights. Also, I got all of the correct bumper/fender hardware which are installed, but I still have the gap. I'm about to install 06/07 headlights and would like to fix the gap. Is there is certain sequence to bolt the bumper? I am still missing the foam pieces that go behind the bumper.

Get the foam pieces in there - Nissan puts them there for a reason. If everything else is bolted up properly then that's most likely the problem.

Do you know if the 4 doors have the same foam pieces? There are no coupes at the local junk yard

TBH I think it's just the fitment of the aftermarket bumper, not the foam pieces. If all the other plastic rivets are installed it should not droop. The styrofoam protects your car in a front end collision though. Would highly recommend that.
