Whats the best Front lower control arms that are better than OEM? I hear noise coming from the front, Im expecting it to be the control arms.

The arms aren't the problem, it's the bushings in them. Whiteline or Energy Suspension replacement bushings seem to be the most popular on here.

Buy the whole energy suspension front kit and you wont regret it. Consider the rears, and the rear diff.

Energy suspension sells red/black poly bushings to replace the OEM metal ones. Do some research .

Whiteline has an "essentials" kit that includes all of the front bushings, plus rear differential bushings. These are basically the most common failed bushings on these cars.

Next best option is to visit rockauto and buy all new control arms, that way you get new bushings AND new ball joints. This is basically what I did when I did a complete suspension overhaul 2 years ago.

In the front, there are: front lower forward, front lower rear (aka compression arm), and front upper (aka A-arm)
