Rear wheels on front?

Has anyone found a way to use stock 18" rear wheels on the front?
I would like to have a square setup, both front and rear tires the same size.
I just tried to put my stock (04 coupe) rear wheel on the front. The inside of the wheel hub hits the bolt on the front rotor that is between two wheel studs. This bolt is not on the rear rotor.
It looks like a little milling of the inside of the wheel would make it clear, but I don't know if that is a good idea......

You can easily pull that bolt out and put them on the front. That bolt is there specifically to make sure that some dufus at a tire mounting place doesn't accidentally put the narrower rims on rear of the car and the wider ones on the front.

I believe it's a 12 mm bolt and should come out no problem.
