Easiest way would be to remove the 4 seat mounting bolts and rock the entire seat backwards to access the harnesses. With the battery disconnected, unplug each harness, spray electrical contact cleaner into both sides to remove corrosion (recommend a rag to catch overspray and a well ventillated area with chemical resistant gloves). Apply electrical anti-oxidation grease (available in tiny packets at a parts store, not the same as dielectric grease) to the metal contact points on the pin side of the harness (use very little, apply with a toothpick or very small precision screwdriver). Snap the harness back together and use a small zip tie to prevent the harness from coming apart regardless of whether the plastic retention snap is intact or not.

Rinse/repeat for the second seat. It wouldn't hurt to do ALL the harnesses under the seat but the seat motor and heater harnesses aren't necessary.
