I can here a squeak at idle, but when I accelerate I can't hear it over the sound of the Engine with the hood closed. With it open I can hear that the frequency and speed does not increase with engine speed. I've looked at a few forms maybe it could be an idler pulley but I have no idea please help.

 

Record and post a video, it's really helps being able to listen to the problem.

 

This is the most quiet and inconsistent I've ever heard it after driving it for about 2 or 3 minutes it got louder but stayed consistent

 

Spray some water or something on the idler pulley and see if the pitch changes, idler pulley was my first guess too
