The tire preasure light (!) has been on in the 3 cars I've owned. The dealer told me once they had to replace all four because the computer doesnt say which one is faulty. I check my air pressure regularly so its not a concern of mine. Not sure if thats true or not. I'm sure any tire shop that deals with that stuff can reset it

One of the nice features of my recently acquired Q70 is the tire pressure display on all four wheels.

TPMS on this car is super obnoxious. Got a nice set of Enkei's and Michelin snow tires for the winter, brand new sensors included, light would still come on after 30 miles of highway driving. Would check pressure, was fine all around.
Just swapped to summer tires, expecting the light to still come on. I've just learned to live with it at this point.

Never had a problem on either my previous 06 G35 or my 2012 G37S.

You can ground out the TPMS harness pin to enter diagnostic mode and the light will flash the code for what exactly the problem is, I suggest just doing the reprogramming yourself since it's pretty straightforward.

This one has the diagram for what the codes are, they're also in WT of the FSM, that link is missing codes 45-48 which are low transmitter battery for individual tires and 52 which is vehicle speed error.

Get it scanned and find out what the diagnostic trouble code is. If it goes away when you change your oil it sounds like you are running LOW on oil. Do you check your oil level regularly (before starting the car for the day ideally).
Tire Rack stated that they come pre-programmed, would hate to have to get charged at the dealer for something so simple.

. You have to get them dealer registered or do the TPMS reset yourself by setting pressures as indicated by the FSM.
