What's up everyone, is there anyone located in the charlotte or concord area that knows of any shops that install test pipes? I've already been to two and my personal mechanic ( who owns a business) and have been shot down stating the obvious " It's illegal" and " I could go to jail for this." Hearing those responses actually made me think twice about my purchase but can't justify spending $300 on pipes.

If there's anyone located near or knows someone who can possibly do the install for free or a little bit less than $100, please let me know. Thanks.
