can the front and rear wheels on a g35 coupe be swapped

 

If you have the staggered OEM wheels then no, they are different widths in the front and rear.

 

I mean, technically you could, but then you'd have 19x8.5 on front and 19x8 on the back on a RWD car. Basically, never do that.

 

Theoretically though if you had the same size tires on both sets of wheels it should work fine. Don't know why someone would have that set-up any way. I believe it's the coupe 18's that have a small headless bolt on the rears so they don't get mounted on the front which is silly because they are the same wheel. (this might be on the coupe Rays though, just can't remember.)

 

Yeah the stop bolt was installed on staggered OEM setups, you can just unscrew it from the brake rotor though, I have an aftermarket lightweight aluminum spare in the trunk and I had to remove the stop bolt on mine.
