if both were the same price im sure the majority would op for a m3... but money being a factor it is up to you and how much an m3 is worth to you and if saving a some money is a CRITICAL factor to you. both great but a 60k car is a 60k car and a 40k car is a 40k car... =) asking on a G35 forum u will most likely get answers biases for the G's and go to an m3 forum and most likely vice versa =)

get the car you want =) drive both see if the extra $$ for the m3 is worth it and if not the G35 is a GREAT option

G35 will get you around day-to-day and with 6MT is a RIOT to drive. for your speed fix, you cant get any more speed for the $$$ than the gixxer - 145 HP on 430lbs with a full tank??? 0-60 in 2.3 seconds??? .
