Engine knock?

Hey guys, my name is Shane and I own a 2003 Infiniti g35 coupe 6mt. The engine has had a turbonetics T3 60-1 turbo kit installed and the engine has about 132k miles. After driving her a little hard, the engine has developed a tick/knock sound on start up and when I press the gas lightly. The ticking seems to get faster and louder the higher the rpm (pressing on the gas lightly). Basically Im asking if my engine is done for and what I can do to get it fixed. Im very new to this whole forum thing so Im only seeking help, no critism. All help is very much appreciated! I will include a video and hopefully some of you can help me diagnose it. Thanks a lot guys!
Update: video wont post from my phone. Sorry!

Post a link to a youtube video, that's the easiest way, you have no video attached to post.

Yeah that sounds like rod knock, get a second opinion from a local mechanic but I think you're in the market for another motor. Have you been checking oil level weekly and has it dropped at all?

Was definitely low on oil, threw in a quart and oil level seems to be fine now but sound is still persisting

Low oil will definitely do it, a swap is in order. Less than 900 if you decide to do it, 1500 or more if a shop does it.
