Red face Ting noise when at a stop, let off brake and press gas

I have an 06 G coupe and I have 20mm spacers all around. other than that the suspension is all stock for now, but before I do mods to the suspension I want to fix this issue ive had for about a month. I hear a click or a ting in the rear (right side i think) side of the car.
**Scenario**
I come to a complete stop and i let off the brake and right when my wheels start moving forward as i press the gas its just a short but very noticeable ting or click. i am not an expert so im not sure if it is the axle splinters slipping or the brakes somehow, however it makes a similar noise when I'm in park and shift into reverse. It is not the same exact noise but they are both a clicking tingy noise and was wondering if anyone else has had this issue before so I have an idea on what to advise my mechanic. thank you so much for your time and as soon as this issue is resolved I'm dropping the g about an inch so i just wanna have a good, solid platform so i do not cause further issues.

04 G35 Sedan performance package. 70k Eibach springs and sway bars. 19 inch wheels. Plenum spacer.
There was a tsb on the rear axles. The fix was to put high temp grease on the axle face that contacts the rear wheel bearing. Only one possibility The other is the pins on the caliper are sticking and need to be removed cleaned and greased.

Yep sounds like the infamous axle click. If you have DIY ability it's a straightforward repair and very inexpensive.

This is on a 350Z but the fix is identical on a G.

I just have same problem for a long time but I noticed that actually yesterday when I find out that right rear wheel rotor is like 10 times more hot then other wheels. Mechanic said that calipers doesn't go back on a both wheels. I replaced... I am about to replace them what gonna cost me 300$ w/labor.
