Anyone know any sites where I can get a good deal on a cold air intake?

You already have the best intake, the rev-up air box. Aftermarket intakes are worse from a performance standpoint unless you are going up to an Admin 3.5" intake and 75mm TB (requires tune).

If you want it to sound a little throatier you can drop in the 350Z intake tube, it doesn't have the resonator that the G pipe does.

Yeah, as Cleric said, RevUp's have a really good air intake box from factory. That intake has a velocity stack built into the housing. I swapped that box into my 04 about a month ago along with a Stillen Z-tube. Noticeably better throttle response, especially higher in the RPM range. Gains are probably peanuts, but throttle response is improved in my opinion. Plenum spacers are another option to maybe boost performance, but I haven't tried one yet. Z-tube runs about $75, spacers vary widely based on the quality/make.

With the rev-up engine you need a plenum spacer and the MREV2 lower plenum.

I heard that non rev-ups didn't gain anything from the installation of a MREV2 plenum; do you know if that's true?

Mathematically they gain like 1whp, it's definitely not worth the cost of the MREV2 to put it on a non-rev.
