It happened to me today...

My baby isn't a baby any longer. She's all grown up. I knew it was coming, but she really broke my heart this morning after 27 months. Woe is me.

LOL... At least it took you 19 months. I will have that within 10 months of buying my car. That having been said, I share your pain.

how is that possible? your trip says 26.5 at 19999 and at 20000 it says 28.0?

So your odometer or trip computer is all messed up man. Your car could actually be 35k miles old if your odometer is off. So look on the bright side...she was old a long time ago

I think if the odometer displayed in "tenths," it would explain the difference. The difference on the trip is only 1.5. If I took the first pic at 19,999.2, and the second pic at 20,000.7, there you see the 1.5 discrepancy while the odometer still shows 19,999 and 20,000.

Since the car's odo and the personal odo are not synched, it’s very possible.

Think of it:

For example: He took a pic when the odo showed 19,999.10 (26.5 on the personal odo), and a second one when the odo showed 20,000.60 (28.0 on the personal odo).

20,000.60 - 19,999.10 = 1.5 mile difference.

Thanks speedo!!! You mathematically proved my point. BTW, if any one noticed my fuel gauge, it's because my sending unit is on order and is waiting to be replaced. My fuel gauge hasn't recorded correctly in the last 2 months.
