Loss of power help!

So I’ve been trying to get my 04 g35 coupe 6mt sound this past year. I’m almost there but I keep running into problems and this one I can’t figure out. I recently replaced, spark plugs, valve cover/with gasket, upper manifold (mine was cracked), throttle body (it came with the upper manifold and a sensor), mass air flow sensor, cam shaft position sensors, pvc valve, air intake tube and filter, put in high flow cats and new O2 sensors. The O2s helped the car from bogging out and losing power for about a day and now it’s doing it again.
It happens around the time the car has been driving for a while, I drove it to work today and it was perfect, but as soon as I pulled in to my work place it started choking, loosing power, And stalling.
I don’t have any codes that are popping up either. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but I don’t see any vacuum leaks but I’ll double check later when I’m out.

When you replaced the throttle body did you perform the required throttle closed position relearn and the idle air relearn?

FSM section EC - Engine Controls under basic service procedures.

I would also pull and inspect the spark plugs.

Also figured this problem out, I did a ton of research and figured Id go to the junk yard to grab some parts. I found someone who had a new fuel rail, injectors with the fuel pressure regulator attached, changed out all the gaskets and everything works like new now. The kid before me put ebayy injectors in there and some o-rings were sh*t.
I still have a low idle but the drives great and no more issues.

g35 sedan 6MT
I need help do i have power loss??

so i have 06 g35 sedan manual and i can’t get a faster 0-60 than 8.5 secounds i can’t tell if it’s my bad driving or my tires but idk , this might sound dumb but if somone could tell me how many seconds it takes for them to go 50kmh(30mph)- 100kmh(60mph) in second gear, just to see if my car has about the right power. thanks

Get something to measure your 1/8 mile time you'll probably be about 70-75mph at 9.5 seconds. If it's substantially slower than that time something is probably wrong.

I'm sure there's an iOS or Android app around somewhere that can measure 1/8 mile times. Then all you need is a clear highway with a high top speed so you aren't technically doing anything illegal.

g35 sedan 6MT
yeah, but the thing is my wheels spin so much so it’s hard to time that plus it has a lot to do with driver, i found information that a sedan (my car) should go from 60km/h (30mp/h) to 100km/h (60mp/h) in second gear in 3 seconds, i got mine in 3.2 i feel likes that’s close enough ish? right?
