Hey guys, I have an 03 Coupe with the oem dash, no navi.. I saw some people do the conversion with the double din jdm dashboard and a boss double din radio?

Can I just buy this bezel : https://www.clearlakeinfinitiparts.c...260-AM914.html

And use my old wires/buttons from my oem dash and make it work? Or does it not work like this?

Can anyone point me to the exact products I need to do this conversion? Also how much am i looking at for labor to install this?
