Just curious.

My avg speed while going to school at 7:30 am is 25 mph (16 mile commute)
Avg speed coming back from school is about 75-80mph

Going to work at about 4:30pm on weekdays (17 mile commute) is about 40 mph and coming back close to about 11 pm its about 75-80 mph

I live in MD What about you guys

average speed driving to school (1am) 100mph

average speed driving home from school (2pm): 20mph

 

I take backroads to class in the AM at about 50 mph. The highway is stop and go always, a 6MT nightmare.

 

On avg, i drive at least 90-95 on the freeway. i have a speeding problem

 

I average 24mph, and that's on surface streets. 12 miles to work is 30 minutes, and to get back home is 30 minutes. BTW, I can never drive to "class." It's only because I have no class.

I go about 70mph on the freeway going to work. I try to obey the speed limits....but it sometimes doesn't happen

 

Usually 75-80mph both in the morning (6:30am) and back after work (4:30pm).

 

About 80 MPH on the PATP everyday to and from...

How fast does that make the 1000 pebbles that are hitting my car everyday...160 MPH?? My poor G looks like it's been through a war this winter!

 

According to my GPS, my average moving speed is about 43 MPH. I generally drive 10-15+ over the posted limit, unless it's a residential area or school zone. Anywhere else, I speed.

 

If there is an open road in front of me and im just cruising along (not in a hurry) i usually sit right around 80-85 mph....if im pushing it, i will hang at around 100 or so....BUT, in traffic on the way to work i rearely get above 2nd gear for most of the trip...

 

2 miles for me which explains my car having less than 3k miles in half a year.

 

I average about 75MPH for my 20 minute commute. Though I did hit 110 this morning. This Pontiac GTP wanted to play with me. I crushed him of course. I was going 70 and he decides to ride my bumper then made his move to sprint pass me....when he evened out with me I dropped it from 6th to 4th. It looked like he put on his brakes as the G pulled so hard.
