Anyone ever buy one of these? after having so much trouble finding a replacement carpet (the carpet i have has some paint/bondo spills around the back of the passenger seat and the space until the gas pedal is totally dug out by heels) (all from the previous owner) i'm really considering something like this now. I guess i'm afraid there is just WAY too thin a line between this looking luxurious/clever and just looking tacky/cheesy. I would imagine going with black will get visibly dirty immediately. but i spotted a gray one on aliexpress. any thoughts?
Since the primary areas where you have wear/damage is just the footwells I would simply shop around for the OEM all-weather rubber floor mats.
Yes you will pay a premium for them, probably $100-$150. but they're practically indestructible.
I'm not going to judge those ones you listed until I've actually seen them but in my experience they tend to roll up under the gas pedal or get in your way. The OEM rubber all-seaons don't move, ever.
