I think its stock
03 G35 Coupe Speedometer and P1136
After getting the car out of limp mode I have noticed the speedometer is about 12mph off at 40mph. Also at idle is sits around 5-7mph.
In addition I have code p1136, I replaced the Solenoid on bank 2 with no luck and have voltage at the connector

Time to check the wire going back to the ECM, might be damaged.
As for the instrumentation being off, sounds like you have a loose or bad ground somewhere maybe.
What was the cause of the limp mode? What code was it throwing?
I would put the instrument cluster into test mode and see where the needle lands, then compare to someone elses, I can take a pic later if you need. If the needle is off in test mode then something is failing in your instrument cluster, if the needle is correct in test mode then it's something else wrong with the car.
