Short answer NO.
Longer answer, swap the ECM (and BCM if you have the newer style that won't talk to NDS2) and do some repin to make the harness correct, reprogram NATS/keys with Nissan Datascan 2 PC version and YES.
You cannot connect NDS2 to the newer BCM, speaks a different language than the earlier BCM, I think the change was 2006 but you would have to plug in and see if it will pull BCM functions.
You will also need to decode the BCM pin number to do the work support on the ECM to make it recognize the BCM (anti theft stuff), check this thread.
