Are short shift levers replacable ?

Are short shift lever replaceable cus I want a bit wider one to to fit 12mm shift *****.If not then I need a custom short for g35 VQ35HR coupe 2007.

You can buy a threaded bushing to adapt from 10x1.25 up to 12x1.25.
