I have an issue i'm not sure how to address. I didn't install the system myself but the tips of the exhaust are too centered on the car. The cutouts for the exhaust are more outwards than the tips. How can i line this up better? Thank you for reading this.

That's odd, Motordyne usually has EXCELLENT fitment. I would go down to a local muffler shop and have them adjust it, they will have a bar spreader they can use to push them out easily.
If they needed to be pulled in that's usually something you can do yourself with a ratchet strap, pushing them out is a bit trickier though. Sometimes you can put a slightly smaller pipe and sleeve it through the tip into the pipe then correct it out a by pushing on the sleeve pipe.
