Will a 08 g37 coupe rear bumper fit on my 04 g35 coupe

Is it possible to swap the rear of a g35 coupe body to a g37 coupe spec including tail lights, trunk, and rear bumper? Or at least the rear bumper alone?

It's not a bolt-on component no.

Possible, yes, with body work. Basically just like fitting any other body components that weren't OEM designed for the vehicle.
