hi Gs.... i ordered rear splash guard 3weeks ago( everything g35, infinitipa.zoovy.com) but i didnt get it... so i email them, they said somebody took it.. i checked tracking number(DHL) yeah someone who i dont know took it instead of me i email them again, they dont answer me.

if DHL had it, and delivered it to someone other than you you call file a claim with DHL

 

You are not the one to complain to DHL, you are not their customer, the store that sent it to you is. CALL the store and if they don't say they will make it good, call your credit card company and dispite the charge. They will absolutely back you. If you paid by check then you have a little more work to do.
