when ac/fan is on, i get a burnt clutch smell
What you think is the culpit that is cauing my fan and ac to smell like burnt clutch? I think i might have the reason but i want other to chime in. I inspected my AC line that is rubbing against my JWT pop charger intake tube. I see that it is slowly thinning it out. I do not see a hole though i didnt fully take off the intake to inspect it. I never had this problem until now. What do you guys think?
the A/C tube... if it is thinning, that is bad - deal with it !!!
But that would lead only to leaking your refrigerant, and should't cause any smellin the cabin, just no coolling, and possible damage to the A/C compressor. Is the smell only present if A/C is on, or is it there with A/C off and just the fan running ?
The smell - the 'burnt' is normally caused by one of a couple of things
- the fan motor is damaged, brushes gone, winding shorted, etc... i.e. new fan motor
- the resistors which limit current for the various speeds some or all have burned (I haven't checked, and don't know if that is how speed is controiled in the G - but it is a common method)
- some crap has gotten past the filter and into the motor and is burning....
it is common for these motors to use some of the air they are pulling/pushing to cool the winding, so if some junk gets past the filter.... you got stink...

what about exhuast manifold leak? Could that be a probelm?
The smell is present with the AC on or wthout the ac on, even when i turn off my car and i step outside the car i would smell it for a little then it would go away.

If its that really foul smell, change up your in-cabin air filter. Thats usually the culprit behind the bad smell only when the AC is on. There's quite a few threads regarding this. Search for "Smelly G" and you'll know what I'm talking about.
