Sedan/Coupe same track times??

Since the two are similar in weight, power, and suspension for the manuals, are they pulling similar numbers at the track?

The previous years, the coupe dominated the slalom numbers...probably due to tires. Straightline speed is similar for the 6mt but the auto sedans seemed to get slower times than the auto coupes for some reason (maybe ECU?). They should be similar now except the handling...the coupe gets better tires once again.

I would not class the two suspension's as simular (ok their both FM's), but not that it matter's looking at the heart of your discussion. The 05 sedan's sport suspension is defianately not the same as the 05 coupe's sport suspension. The coupe has much stiffer shocks, plus it's springs are stiffer as well. All 05 sedan's (with and without the sport suspension) and coupes with the sport suspension use stiffer sway bars as well.

That I also didnt know. I know its too simplistic, but I based it off of the packages costing the same that the same items/materials/processes were thrown in to both.

thanks for clarifying that though.
