You HAVE to get the rear spoiler in order to get the chin spoiler and splash guards. But you can buy the chin spoiler and splash guards separately and bypass the rear spoiler.

Is this statement true? I know you can get the splash guards without a rear spoiler but did not know if you HAVE to get the chin spoiler in combination with the rear spoiler.
