You are forgetting depreciation per month......just comes all at once at the end.....but a cash charge none the less.
After 36k brakes and tires and alignments/balancing rotation.
Reserve [car savings account with interest] an equal amount to monthly gasoline and you'll have enough in future for maintenance and non warranty repairs.

I was checking out the replies on here, and I'm surprised to see that the monthly payments are very high for you guys, I'm planning on pyaing about 200-250 a month for the car alone when I get mine.
