Here's my car on the 18's I just got.

FRONT: 18x8 with 225/45/18
REAR: 18x9 with 275/40/18

QUESTION: Do you guys think I would be okay going with 245/45/18 on the front even though it's the exact same overall diameter of the rear 275/40/18 tires? I think the fronts just look too small with 225/45/18's on them.

Here's mine with 19's and stock suspension. I think mine needs to be lowered a tad also. The back wheels have a sizable gap i don't like so I am going to be getting Tein S Techs and a camber kit. I heard the ride is a little to soft in the back with the S techs so I am not sure if I should go with the eibachs?

jleonard - I have been wrestling with the idea of what size to get for my aftermarket 18's....I am going to be getting
Fronts - 18x8.5 with 245/40 rubber (+25 mm offset)
Rears - 18x9.5 with 275/40 rubber (+30 mm offset)
so the 245 should fit. The above is Nismo's recommended setup that I got from another member.

I'm looking now at your 18's...Are you happy with the size? Are they too small? I'm upgrading from 17" stock and I'm really having a hard time debating between 19's and 18's....couple hundred dollars difference though....

.............what to do what to do................

Here's mine. I'm riding on 20's and it looks pretty good in my opinion. Sorry I don't have any other pics, but I've haven't downloaded any more lately.

Later,

Ray

I was looking into upgrading the suspension, but couldn't decide, but in no hurry. So stock suspension with Nismo LMGT4's (18")

hey G where did you find those Racing Harts in a wide enough size? Dont they only make the 19's in about 8.5 width, or am i looking in the wrong place. Let me know, i really like the look of those.

Dazzmotorsports has sizes ranging from 19x8.5 to 19x10.5 for the G35 or 350Z. I have 19x10's in the back and 19x9's in the front. Thanks for the props WhiteMike.

I upgraded from 17's too, and I'm pretty happy with the size of the 18's that I got. Although the rears do have a huge 4" lip so they almost look like a 17.5" or so, but I still like the way they look. The only thing is that the front wheels are set too far inward since they are 18x8 with 35 offset, so I'm getting 20mm H&R spacers for the front to reduce the offset to 15mm to look more aggressive. The rears are 18x9 w/35 offset and they look okay, although I might get a 10mm or 15mm spacer for those as well so they look more flush with the fender.
