1. the headunit's Bass - I like listening to it at the max. So I put it on 5. I have the Bose package. If it is set at 5 and the headunit is switched off and back on. The Bass does not kick in at 5. It is much lower, it will kick in once you go and reset it. I put it on 4 and then back to 5, and it started working.
I know this has been discussed before, I am just strengthing this problem out there. Is there is fix for this? was a TSB issued?? or ppl in the past with same problem were you able to rectify it?

2. When you open and close the door. The window will automatically move up and down by abt 1/4 of an inch. I believe this so that the door doesnt get stuck. Not sure if this was discussed before, it probably has been, but it was an interesting find for me.

 

More and more cars are using the window trick to get a better wind noise seal.

 

haven't seen a fix for the stereo thing yet. someone let us know a solution if u've seen or heard it. also... i think the bass will kick in also if u krank the volume somewhere above 20. thought i noticed this last night, but will have to verify it when i drive home tonight after work (if i remember this time ).

 

Windows work as designed.
You can search for the radio question. Last I read nothing has been offered as a fix. Search for how to roll both woindows down automatically. How to connect an ipod. How to work the nav while rolling. How to get flamed in the forums. Etc.

 

is that bass issue on 2004.5 g's as well, cause i havent noticed that problem on my car even though i always keep my bass and treble at 5
